Nyoman Astawa is our Restaurant and Bar Manager who has experience in the culinary world. He started his career as a waiter at a 5-star hotel restaurant in Kuta Bali. He also has experience in bars. Meanwhile, he always shows high dedication in every job and has helped establish excellent service at Warung Puri Boga Restaurant.
In addition, he also performs quality control on all food ingredients from our suppliers. Likewise, he often visits local markets to check prices and the continuity of food supplies. Thus, the food supply in our restaurant is always maintained.
